Rogue Software – a fake antispyware program that installs bogus threats then uses scare tactics to get you to submit your credit card information. Rogue software can also be bundled with other malware that is even more destructive. Rogue software can pose as antispyware or antivirus.

Trackware – any type of software that monitors and silently transmits personal information.
